Is the AI reliable for Australian employment law?
Yes. This is not a generic chatbot. It is custom trained on Australian employment law and Fair Work Standards, with 40 plus years of combined HR experience behind it. It gives you practical guidance tailored to your business, and it tells you clearly when a situation needs a qualified HR consultant or employment lawyer.
Is the guidance compliant with Australian workplace law?
The platform is built around Australian workplace requirements including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and key HR obligations for Australian employers. It is not legal advice and should not replace qualified HR or legal support in complex situations, but it gives you a solid, practical foundation for everyday HR decisions.
What documents can I generate?
You can generate performance reviews, performance improvement plans, written warnings, pay review letters, job ads, position descriptions, onboarding plans, workplace policies, investigation documents, contracts and more. Each document is generated from your specific inputs, branded to your business and ready to use. You review and edit everything before you send it.

How does the 14 day free trial work?
You get full access from day one. We ask for a card to verify your account, but there is no charge today. Use the tool for the full 14 days, and if it is not right for you, cancel any time before day 14 and you will not be charged.
What does it cost after the trial?
Basic is A$29 per month (A$23 per month billed annually) and Pro is A$97 per month (A$78 per month billed annually). Your plan only starts billing after your 14 day trial ends, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time. Visit the pricing page for the latest plan details.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic lets you pick any 2 agents to start with. Pro unlocks all 8 agents plus the Resource Hub of templates and guides. Once you are on Basic, the app prompts you to choose your 2 agents after you sign in.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. We do not lock you into long contracts. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Every agent gives you step by step guidance, explains what to do and why, and tells you clearly when a situation needs qualified HR or legal support. You can get started immediately regardless of your HR background.
How do I handle HR without hiring an HR manager?
You handle it with the right tools and a clear process. Most everyday HR situations follow a predictable pattern and can be managed confidently by a business owner or manager who has the right guidance behind them. Your HR Toolkit gives you specialist agents, ready to use documents, and step by step support so you can manage people well without adding headcount.
What HR tasks should I be doing as a business owner?
At minimum: issuing compliant employment contracts, providing Fair Work statements to new starters, tracking leave correctly, maintaining employee records, having current workplace policies in place, and running regular performance conversations. Is my data secure?
Yes. Connections to the platform are encrypted in transit, your password is never stored in a readable form, and your information is never used to train AI models or shared with other customers. The answers below explain how we store and protect your information.
Where is my information stored?
Your account details, your conversations and the HR documents you generate are stored in our secure database. Work you save in the Resource Hub is stored in a separate database that is scoped to your account, so you only ever see your own saved items. Your password is never stored in a readable form.
How is my information protected?
Connections between your browser and Your HR Toolkit are encrypted using HTTPS, so your information is protected while it travels to and from the platform. Your password is never stored in a readable form: we keep only a one way bcrypt hash, so it can never be read or recovered, even by us. At login we hash what you enter and compare it to the stored hash, rather than ever holding your actual password.
Do you use my information to train AI?
No. We do not use your conversations or documents to train AI models, and your information is never added to a shared knowledge base or made available to other customers. The HR knowledge the AI draws on is built only from material we prepare ourselves. When you ask a question, it is sent to our AI providers to generate a response for you in that moment, and your everyday chats are kept to your own account.
What third parties do you share my information with?
We work with a small number of trusted providers to run the service. We use Stripe for payments and share only your email and an account identifier to manage your billing, never your chats or your generated documents. To power the AI, your questions are processed by our AI providers to generate answers and to search our HR knowledge.
