A query is any message you send to an AI agent. Each message in a conversation counts as one query. Viewing responses, navigating the dashboard, or managing your account does not count.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yes. All agents are built specifically for Australian employment law, including Fair Work Act compliance, National Employment Standards, and modern award interpretation. The knowledge base is maintained and updated regularly.

On the Basic plan you select any 2 agents from the full library of 8 specialist agents during onboarding. You can change your selection at any time from your settings. The Pro plan includes access to all agents.

We will notify you when you are approaching your monthly limit. Once you reach it, you will not be able to send new messages until your limit resets at the start of the next billing period. You can also purchase additional queries at any time from the billing page, or upgrade your plan to get more queries.

Yes. Your conversations with the AI are encrypted and stored securely. They are never shared with other users or used to train AI models. You can delete your conversation history at any time.

No. The AI platform is a standalone tool that complements the HR Toolkit program. Your program membership provides access to templates, training, and community support. The AI platform provides on-demand HR guidance and document generation.
